About Anne-Marie

I have always thrived in multicultural environments and find great joy in meeting people from all walks of life. Helping others improve their health and quality of life through massage therapy is more than my profession—it is my calling.

I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Dutch, and my husband is from Japan. My life has taken me across the world, living in the Netherlands, Scotland, South Africa, and South America before settling in The Woodlands, Texas, in 2007. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for different cultures and a genuine desire to serve people from all backgrounds.

While living in Scotland, I completed a two-year degree in Reflexology, studying anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, Shiatsu, aromatherapy, and nutrition. I also hold a Master's Degree in Education.

After moving to the United States, I completed the Massage Therapy Program at Lone Star College to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Over the years, I have continued to expand my education and specialize in advanced therapeutic techniques. I am licensed in Medical Massage and completed Sports Massage training for athletes in the Netherlands. As a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, I help clients improve posture, build strength, restore healthy movement patterns, and move without pain.

For the past several years, I have had the privilege of serving as the personal therapist for a world-class rowing competitor during the World Rowing Championships in the Netherlands, Slovenia, and Hungary.

In 2019, I began extensive training in NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT), Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), and postural restoration. These advanced approaches focus on identifying and correcting the underlying causes of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. NKT, in particular, allows me to quickly assess and rebalance the nervous system, helping the body release compensations and restore natural movement.

The challenges of 2020 deepened my understanding of the vital role nutrition plays in building a strong immune system and achieving long-term wellness. This inspired me to become a certified health coach. As your coach, I am committed to helping you develop sustainable habits and make healthy choices that lead to lasting transformation.

From 2021 through 2026, I completed advanced studies in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques under internationally respected educator Eric Dalton. On October 1, 2026, I earned my Master's Certification from the Freedom From Pain Institute.

I am deeply grateful to Eric Dalton for his visionary approach, which goes far beyond traditional medical massage by integrating osteopathic principles, joint and nerve mobilization, stretching, neuro-reflexive techniques, and active movement therapy. His teachings have strengthened my ability to evaluate and address the root causes of pain instead of merely providing temporary relief. His scientific research and educational contributions have helped establish massage therapy as an essential part of modern healthcare, and I feel honored to continue applying those principles in my own practice.

My mission is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, and live the healthy life God created you to enjoy.

If you know someone who could benefit from my services, I would be honored if you shared my information.                                Please feel free to text me at 832-628-2255.

I look forward to serving you.
